Seniors Helping Seniors
Provides a variety of non-medical in-home services for seniors by seniors designed to help seniors who have difficulties with activities of daily living remain independent. Services include companionship, housekeeping, transportation, overnight care, mobility assistance, home maintenance, and small repairs.
Medical Transportation - Program

Serves consumers whose transportation needs cannot be met by Medicaid Transportation and to ensure they have access to medical appointments and HIV related services. Individuals are provided cab rides, bus tokens or gas cards to meet with their medical providers.
Helping Hands - Program

Provides services to individuals in their own home in order to help them stay independent. Helping Hands home companions fully recognize individuality, privacy and the importance of community integration, and offer peace of mind for those individuals caring for a loved one.
