Offers several group day habilitation program options throughout Lewis and Oneida counties. Programs vary in size and focus.

Fine Arc Day Habilitation - 315-927-0290

Focuses on fine arts for individuals with special interests and talents. No clinical supports are provided and individuals must be free of behavioral and medical concerns.

Kirkland Day Habilitation - 315-927-0250

Focuses on volunteering within the community and assisting less able bodied peers. Offers minimal clinical supports.

North Utica Senior Day Habilitation - 315-731-2018
50 Riverside Drive, Utica, NY
Caters to individuals who are ready to retire. A nutritional meal is provided daily. Offers nursing services but has no clinical supports.

Serves medically frail and persons with the potential to display significant behavioral issues.

Focuses on outside and community activities. Offers a full array of clinical services and full time nursing staff.

Stowe Street Day Habilitation - 315-874-4580

Provides individuals with community inclusion opportunities and skill development in a variety of areas that promote independence.

Turin Day Habilitation - 315-377-4535
6138 West Main Street, Turin, NY
Focuses on outdoor activities and volunteer opportunities. Able to serve individuals who are medically frail as well as individuals with behavioral concerns.

Venture Day Habilitation315-927-0254
7909 State Route 5, Clinton, NY
Serves young adults, ages 18 through 35, and focuses on volunteering within the community. Offers a full array of clinical services except for psychological services.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and over diagnosed with a developmental disability prior to their 22nd birthday; must have completed high school education opportunities and be enrolled in the Medicaid Waiver program

Lewis and Oneida counties

The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter
(Agency)

Provides educational, vocational, residential, and clinical services to people with developmental disabilities and their families in Lewis and Oneida counties. Services include guardianship, respite care, recreational rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and day habilitation.
