Provides individuals with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) with services through the Estate Planning Law Center to cover Estate Planning fees. These service are to help patients get their affairs in order and to be assessed for Medicaid coverage. Offers a Caregiver's Support Group for those that care for ALS patients.
