ESL Classes

(Program)

 * Provides English classes to non-English speaking adults to enable them to be literate, productive and successful in the workplace, home and community.
 

Eligibility: 18 years and older.

Application Process: Stop into the Utica ACCESS Site at 508 Second Street at any time, year round to enroll in classes.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
