Day Care Registration

(Program)

*Registers and assists individuals who wish to provide registered family day care or school-age child care services under contract to OCDSS.

Eligibility: Ages 18 and older. Must meet NYSOCFS Child Care Licensing criteria.

Application Process: By appointment, walk-in or online.

Required Documentation: NYS OCFS application.

Fees: No fee for service.
