Behavioral Health Residential Services

(Program)

Offers a supervised community residence program and intensive supportive apartment program which provide structured and supportive environments for adults with psychiatric disabilities. Designed to ensure that those in need will receive the support and services necessary to maintain the most appropriate level of independent living possible.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older with a psychiatric disability

Application Process: Complete a Single Point of Access (SPOA) application

Required Documentation: SPOA application

Fees: Call to verify insurance information
