Eligibility: Non violent offender. Ages 16 and older. Must not be charged with the sale of drugs.
Application Process: Participants are referred through the judicial process.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service.

The Utica Drug Treatment Court is a 12 to 18 month supervised treatment program that is voluntary and includes regular court appearances before the Treatment Court Judge.
