Utica Drug Court

(Program)

 * Offers a 12 to 18 month substance abuse rehabilitation program as an alternative to jail time.

Eligibility: Non violent offender. Ages 16 and older. Must not be charged with the sale of drugs.

Application Process: Participants are referred through the judicial process.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.
