Mary Rose Clinic

Provides primary healthcare services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals 16 years of age and older. Offers patient education, disease prevention and screening, physical exams, prescription assistance as well as guidance in finding insurance. Provides referrals to diabetic education, mental health counseling and smoking cessation programs. 

Services do not include OB/GYN services, disability, Worker's Compensation and No Fault injury claims, legal issues, or prescribed a narcotic.

Eligibility: Individuals 16 years or older with no health insurance or are underinsured

Application Process: Appointment required; call 315-280-0855 to leave a message and staff will return call with appointment information
