Stabilization and Rehabilitation

(Program)

* Offers a supervised drug and alcohol-free residence environment for people who have problems related to substance abuse services included are:
  • Job skill training
  • Employment readiness training
  • Education remediation services
  • Life, parenting and social skills training
  • Residents also receive training in community living skills, personal hygiene/care, social interaction and leisure activities.
* Offers Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder including: Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade. Treatment of pregnant women using Subutex. 
 

Eligibility: 18 years of age and older. Must meet criteria for diagnosis of substance abuse or dependence.

Application Process: Walk-in assessments are available.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Congregate care and self pay (based on a sliding fee scale).

Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.
