Community Assistance
(Program)
- Food vouchers - Utica Office Only
- Food Pantry serves Rome area
- Personal hygiene items (shampoo, toothpaste, sanitary items, diapers)
- Utility assistance on limited basis excluding water/sewer bills
- Referrals to other providers
- Linkage to Social Services Department
- Prescription drug assistance for up to a one month supply depending on fund availability, currently available only in Madison County
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Identification, proof of residency, proof of income, proof of expenses, proof of household composition.
Fees: No fee for services.
Madison and Oneida Counties.
