Oneida Center Nursing and Rehabilitation

* Provides short-term care and long-term rehab care for those recovering from injury, illness or surgery. Services include:
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
  • Wound treatment, pain management, and cardiac therapies.
  • Activities of daily living assistance and treatment.
  • Subacute care including but not limited to diabetes management, comfort and palliative care, and respiratory management.

Eligibility: Anyone recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Call for more information.

Application Process: Must complete a state-required assessment called a Patient Review Instrument (PRI) and application. Both must be approved for admission. Call for more information.

Fees: Fees may vary. Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay accepted.
