Family Navigation Services

Offers a free one-hour consultation with a family support specialist to discuss questions about obtaining a developmental evaluation as well as exploring services for children or adults with autism and/or other related intellectual or developmental disabilities. 

Eligibility: Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information
