Provides affordable housing to income eligible individuals and families within 5 apartment complexes located within the Village of Herkimer.
Eligibility: Annual income must not exceed amount set by the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Eligibility for families determined by income, family size and family composition.

Required Documentation: Preliminary Application, proof of address
Fees: Rent is calculated based on 30% of the total gross income of the household. Allowances are made for senior citizens and disabled individuals for out of pocket medical expenses.
