* Provides vocational rehabilitation and other direct services to legally blind New York State residents including children, adults and elderly persons. 

Eligibility: Legally blind. Senior program: age 55 years and older.

Application Process: Mail, call or walk-in.

Required Documentation: Call or visit website.

Fees: No fee for service.

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Tioga and Tompkins Counties.
