BRIDGES Choices and Consequences Program

(Program)

Provides a drug and alcohol prevention program for teens ages 13 to 18 years who have experienced a legal, academic or other consequence as a result of their use. 
 

Eligibility: Youth ages 13 to 18 years who use drugs and/or alcohol

Application Process: Referral from the courts, the schools, parents or probation

Required Documentation: None

Fees: $75
