Connections Program Self-Help Groups

(Program)

* Offers peer-facilitated support, self-help and care partner groups. Also offer peer telephone support for people living with MS and their care partners. Web-based support is offered through chat rooms and online groups.

Eligibility: 6 years of age or older. Must have MS (some related disorders are accepted) or is a family member/friend.

Application Process: Call for information or check website.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
