* Provides free transportation to area senior residents living in the Cazenovia, Fenner or Nelson areas.
  • 24 rides per year and no more than 2 rides a week.
  • Rides are not guaranteed.
  • Volunteer drivers.

Eligibility: 55 years of age or older who are independent but unable to drive themselves.

Application Process: By appointment only and required before 1st ride.

Required Documentation: Application and verification of medical necessity.
