Breaking Barriers to Youth Success

(Program)

Provides direct financial assistance to youths ages 16-26 who are facing difficulties with housing (first month's rent/security deposit), furniture and/or household items, transportation to/from school or interviews, food, professional work attire, and school supplies.

Eligibility: Residents of Herkimer and Oneida counties ages 16-26.

Application Process: Call or go online for information and services

Required Documentation: Proof of income.

Fees: None.
