Preschool Special Education Program

(Program)

* Provides educational and support services for children with confirmed disabilities and/or delays impacting their ability to learn. This program is directed through the New York State Department of Education within a home school district.

Eligibility: Eligibility is determined through evaluation of children ages 3-4 with developmental disabilities or delays. Psychological evaluation is included to determine impact of delay on child's ability to academically learn.

Application Process: Contact the School District of residence, Special Education Department.

Required Documentation: Birth Certificate and Proof of Occupancy as required by the school district.

Fees: No Fee for Service.
