Child and Family Treatment and Support Services

(Program)

* Provides support services to children and their families coping with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues.

Eligibility: Under age 21, Medicaid or Medicaid eligible with diagnosis/meet medical necessity.

Application Process: Must have referral by school, clinic, parent, councelor or pediatrician. Call for more information.

Required Documentation: CFTSS referral, insurance card.

Fees: None.
