Works to improve the well-being of older lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in Central New York through health programs, fitness classes, support groups, events focused toward reducing isolation, community center, and education for providers of aging services. Provides a neighborhood advisor to access services needed to remain independent in the community.
