The Oneida County Department of Mental Health provides administrative leadership to the planning, monitoring, and reviewing services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provides Single Point of Access/Accountability (SPOA/A) to determine individual's mental health or substance abuse needs.
