Compeer Program

(Program)

Matches volunteers to youth, adults, seniors receiving mental health service in Herkimer and Oneida counties. Provides skill building and goal management for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Offers one-on-one supportive meet-ups as well as telephone and email support to individuals.

 

Eligibility: Volunteer: Individuals ages 5 years and older Clients: Individuals 18 years and older

Application Process: Volunteer: Call for information. Clients: Referrals made through a mental health provider or school counselor
