One-on-one Cancer Caregiver Support

* Connects caregivers (and other loved ones) of cancer patients with fellow caregivers who have been through a similar experience.

Matches are individualized. While most matches begin with a similar diagnosis or treatment, they also include other lifestyle circumstances and considerations that are important to the patient.

Eligibility: Caregiver or loved ones of a patient diagnosed with cancer.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.

Cancer Hope Network

Cancer Hope Network provides free one-on-one support to adult cancer patients and their loved ones. Each of CHN’s 400+ trained volunteers is at least one-year post-treatment or undergoing maintenance therapies. They offer support from diagnosis through treatment and into recovery.
