(Program)
* Provides supported employment services to individuals so they can obtain and maintain employment in the community.
* Provides Employment Training Program, which assists individuals to work in an internship that may lead to permanent employment.
* Provides Employment Training Program, which assists individuals to work in an internship that may lead to permanent employment.
Eligibility: Ages 18 and older. OPWDD waiver eligible.

Fees: No fee for service.
Herkimer, Madison, Oneida and Onondaga Counties.
