Family Support Respite and Recreational Services (DDSO)

* Offers respite care services for children with developmental disabilities includes field trips to movies, museums, restaurants and other venues are scheduled throughout the month for children to participate.
* Offers recreational activities in the after school program that consists of sports, crafts, board games, video gaming (Wii, Xbox) karaoke, seasonal celebrations, air hockey and foosball.
* Offers recreational activities in the after school program that consists of sports, crafts, board games, video gaming (Wii, Xbox) karaoke, seasonal celebrations, air hockey and foosball.
Eligibility: 5-19 years of age who have a developmental disability.
Application Process: Call centralized intake to go through the process.
Required Documentation: Evaluation/Diagnosis and/or IEP.
Fees: No fee for service.
