Respite Care

(Program)

*Provides respite care to give family members time away from care giving. 
  • In-home services available
  • Outside of the home services provided at the Respitality Center 

Eligibility: Individuals with a developmental disability of any age, enrolled in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Individuals must live at home with a family member or with a caregiver and be Medicaid eligible.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Checklist provided during application process.

Fees: Call for information.
