*Provides assistance attaining health insurance including:
- Information and assistance regarding health insurance programs.
- Explain medical benefits and coverage.
- Assistance filling out forms.
Eligibility: Resident of Oneida County, 60 years of age and older.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Required Documentation: Proof of address, proof of expenses, proof of income.
Fees: No fee for services.
