- Adaptive Equipment
- Environmental Modifications
- Residential Care
Eligibility: Must have a developmental disability prior to age 21.
Application Process: Walk-in or call for more information.
Required Documentation: Proof of address.
Fees: No for service.
Herkimer, Oneida, Lewis and Oswego Counties.
