Milestones Dual Recovery Program


* Provides outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents struggling with chemical dependency and mental health concerns.  Specialized services include:
  • Suboxone replacement therapy
  • medication assisted treatment,
  • LGBT
  • DWI treatment
  • Family, forensic, and Psychiatric assessments

Eligibility: 13 years of age or older.

Application Process: By appointment or walk-in. Walk-in hours begin at 8:00AM M-TH.

Required Documentation: Proof of income and address.

Fees: Medicaid, Private insurance and sliding scale based on income.
