Safe Sleep Program


* Provides education to community agencies and the public by nurses to reduce risk of infant deaths. Services include:
  • Home visits to families to educateĀ on safe sleep environment.
  • Shaken baby reduction methods.
  • May provide Pack'n'Plays as available to those who participate in the program.

Eligibility: Resident of Madison County, families with children ages birth to 5 years.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
