Eligibility: Preschool age children, resident of area of served, diagnosis of developmental delays and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, approval through school district Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE).
Application Process: Call for appointment, must be referred by school district.
Required Documentation: Individualized Education Plan (IEP), proof of immunizations, physical exam.
Fees: Call for information.
