Johnson Park Apartments for Homeless Women and Children Program

*Provides supportive housing for mothers with substance abuse and/or mental health diagnoses and their children in a safe environment with treatment and services focusing on:
  • Case management services
  • Preventative services
  • Child care referrals
  • Educational services
  • Recreation
  • Parenting skills training
  • Mental health services
  • Life skills training
  • Medical services
  • Vocational and job training
  • Employment opportunities
  • Substance abuse services
* Offers volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility: Women age 18 years and older and confirmed parent/guardian status of children with physical custody, Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health Diagnosis, significant risk of homelessness, income guidelines, call for information.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of expenses, Substance Abuse/Mental Health Diagnosis, Homeless documentation, call for information.

Fees: Rent/fee secured through DSS, call for information.

Oneida County. Other counties will need pre-approval
