Case management services
Preventative services
Mentor transportation services
Educational services
Recreation
Advocacy/Life coach
Mental health services
Life skills training
Medical services
Vocational and job training
Employment opportunities

* Offers volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility: Women age 18 years and older, mental health diagnosis or dual diagnosis substance abuse, significant risk of homelessness, income guidelines, call for information.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of expenses, Substance Abuse/Mental Health Diagnosis, Homeless documentation, call for information.

Fees: Rent/fee secured through DSS, call for information.
