Maternal Child Health Education

(Program)

* Promotes health and wellbeing of women, infants and children through education and outreach.
* Provides free car seats to families receiving government benefits. 

Eligibility: None.
For Car Seats/Boosters: Children birth-12 whose family receives WIC, Medicaid, HEAP, or SNAP benefits.

Application Process: Call for appointment. For car seats, please call 315-798-6400.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service, insurance information will be obtained.
