Supplies 50 diapers per child per month, or 30 pull-ups per child per month to families under the 200% poverty level.
Eligibility: Low-income individuals.
Application Process: Appointment required; call for information.
Required Documentation: Proof of income for all adults in the household.
Fees: None.
