Home Based Crisis Intervention

(Program)

Provides short-term, intensive services for children who are at risk of out-of-home placement and/or risk of placement in an alternate educational setting.

Eligibility: Ages 5 to under 21. Child must be struggling with heir behavioral or emotional well-being at home, school, or both.

Application Process: By appointment and referral only.
