Provides reconstructive surgery for children who have physical deformities caused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease. All radiology, anesthesia, pain medication, antibiotics, etc. provided by Fresh Start. Follow up medical care provided on site for as long as needed. Transportation to and from surgery site arranged and paid for by Fresh Start on a case by case basis.
