Assistance with fair hearings for those who have been denied benefits. A Fair Hearing is a chance for benefits applicants to tell an Administrative Law Judge (from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Office of Administrative Hearings) why they think a decision about their case made by a local social services agency is wrong.
EBT Services - Program

Provides information to cardholders in regards to their SNAP (food stamps) or cash accounts. Assists cardholders file a claim if they suspect a transaction error occurred. Provides information on how to report a damaged, lost, or stolen cards. Assists cardholders to change their pin and reset their EBT account website account ID password.
