* Provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families for issues including:

Eligibility: Adults and children age 5 years and older.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Identification, proof of income, proof of address.

Fees: Fees vary, sliding scale based on income.

Madison and Oneida Counties.

Providing services to those in the community that are most in need with the offer of hope, encouragement, optimism and strength for the future.
