Organizes community-based services that promote activity, socialization and lifelong learning in order to empower older adults to age with dignity. Connects older adult volunteers with opportunities to serve, and caregivers and older adults with companionship and respite. Offers services that assist older adults and caregivers with navigating community resources and money-saving programs.
Eligibility: Seniors in Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties
