Advocacy and Case Management Services

SAGE Upstate

Works to improve the well-being of older lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in Central New York through health programs, fitness classes, support groups, events focused toward reducing isolation, community center, and education for providers of aging services. Provides a neighborhood advisor to access services needed to remain independent in the community. Offered at SAGE Upstate and on Zoom.Men's Night Out: Social gathering for SAGE men. Meets Third Friday of the month, 7 PM. Offered at SAGE Upstate and on Zoom.Oswego Social: Socialize with others in the Oswego area.
