Crisis Connect


Provides a central triage call line for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis or concern. Connects individuals to services including mobile crisis, crisis respite, peer/warm lines, and information resources.

Eligibility: Individuals in Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties

Contact Community Services

Provides free and confidential telephone and crisis intervention, suicide prevention and mental health awareness trainings, and school-and community-based youth development services, teacher training and consultation, and parent/student education and support programs.


Hours: Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
