Provides diagnostic evaluations and psychological evaluations as well as therapy and counseling for individuals and families.

Eligibility: Families and individuals in need of evaluations and counseling support

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation.

Fees: Call to verify insurance information.

Cortland, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties.
