Supportive Services for Veteran Families

(Program)

* Assist homeless or at risk of becoming homeless Veterans.  Assist participants by providing a range of supportive services designed to resolve the immediate crisis and promote housing stability:
  • Outreach Services
  • Case Management Services
  • Assistance in Obtaining VA Benefits
  • Assistance in Obtaining and Coordinating Other Public Benefits Available in the Grantee's Area or Community

Eligibility: Must be a Veteran (not have a dishonorable discharge), be homeless or at risk of homelessness, and meet income guidelines.

Application Process: Call or walk in for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of Veteran status (Veterans ID card or DD-214), Proof of expenses and income.

Fees: No fee for services.

Herkimer, Madison, Otsego and Oneida Counties.

The Central New York Veteran's Outreach Center(CNYVOC) was formed to provide services to Veterans to include case management.
