Eligibility: Residents of the Towns of Deerfield, Marcy, North Utica, Oriskany, Yorkville, Whitesboro and (New York Mills only if handicapped)who meet income guidelines; call for information
Application Process: Walk-in
Required Documentation: Proof of residency for all household members
