Provides start-up funding, transition funding, and ongoing financial supports in the form of rent or utilities subsidies to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities.
 

Eligibility: Individuals in Lewis and Oneida counties with developmental disabilities who are Medicaid Waiver eligible

The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter
(Agency)

Provides educational, vocational, residential, and clinical services to people with developmental disabilities and their families in Lewis and Oneida counties. Services include guardianship, respite care, recreational rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and day habilitation.
