Self Direction

(Program)

Allows individuals and their family to have decision-making authority over the services that the individual receives to live independently. Offers a support team of three professionals to provide fiscal intermediary services, and support brokerage with the choice of independent or agency brokers (when availble).

Eligibility: Individuals with Autism and related developmental disabilities
