* Provides a third party arbitrator to determine the settlement of an issue. Their decision is legally binding and final, and is enforceable in the court of law.

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: For Small Claims and Supreme Court referral by Judge required. For Lemon Law, see the Attorney General's website. Call for information.

Required Documentation: For Small Claims and Supreme Court, consent to mediate and/or arbitrate and intake/referral form. For Lemon Law, see the Attorney General's website.

Fees: For Small Claims and Supreme Court cases no fees for services. Lemon Law Cases have a $250 filing fee.

Madison and Oneida Counties.
