* Completes immigration forms on clients’ behalf and provide advocacy, counseling, information, processing and referrals regarding citizenship and immigration issues. These services are available to all members of our community, including refugees, immigrants and citizens. Immigration and Citizenship services and programs include:
  • Immigration Assistance
  • Refugee/Asylee processing (visa 92 93)
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Employment Authorization Documents
  • Travel Documents
  • Family Based Immigration (USCIS and Consular Processing)
  • Fiancée Petitions
  • Affidavits of Support
  • Naturalization Applications
  • Applications for Certificate of Citizenship
  • Medical Certificate for People with Disabilities
  • Applications to replace Naturalization Certificate
  • Fee Waivers
  • Photos

Eligibility: None.

Application Process: By appointment or walk-in.

Required Documentation: varies according to service.

Fees: Nominal fee schedule.

Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties. Other counties by request
